Soph has been a small business owner in the online marketing space since 2016 with an initial focus on Instagram and Facebook organic marketing. Soph spent the first 4 years growing multiple coaching programs under her initial brand, Sophie Kessner LLC.

In 2020, Soph transitioned away from being a business coach and launched her second profitable business in a new industry as a SaaS Agency called the Online Business Automator where she’s spent the last 4.5 years building websites and digital operations as a fractional Chief Operations Officer in multiple partnerships.

With an insatiable hunger for learning, Soph has also graduated from the Institute of Somatic Experiencing as a registered SE® Practitioner in addition to her continued education in DEI work through the Institute For Equity Centered Coaching® as a certified DEI Leader in business.
