Job Title: Client Success & Operations Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: San Diego, CA (or Southern California)

Compensation: $2,400/month for 20 hours/week

What You’ll Own:

This isn’t just a list of tasks—it’s a set of responsibilities that you’ll have full ownership over.

Systems & Operations: You will be the master of our processes. You’ll manage inboxes, schedules, and daily operations, constantly looking for ways to streamline and automate our workflow.

Client Management: Be the go-to champion for our clients. You’ll handle all communication via live chat and email, building trust and ensuring their success.

Project Leadership: You will lead client projects from start to finish, meticulously managing deadlines and ensuring every detail is perfectly aligned. You thrive on the challenge of keeping things ahead of schedule, not just on time.

Important Details:

  • Location: This position is for US-based applicants only, specifically in or around the Southern California area, or willing to work PST hours.
  • Start Date: We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, with training ready to begin in September.
  • Compensation: This is a part-time employee role (W-2) at $2,400/month for 20 hours a week. We’ll handle payroll taxes so you can focus on the work.
  • Work Environment: This is a 100% remote position, but you must be available and online during our core business hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
